Amanda Davenport-Checchia has a solid work experience history with expertise in benefits administration and management. Amanda currently serves as the Director of Benefits at Acadia Healthcare since September 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Sr Director of Benefits at Surgery Partners, Inc from May 2019 to September 2022. Amanda also worked at Acadia Healthcare as a Benefits Manager from March 2016 to May 2019 and at Hylant as a Benefits Administration Manager from January 2013 to March 2016. Amanda began their career at Benefit Outsourcing Group as an AVP from July 2005 to January 2013.

Amanda Davenport-Checchia holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they completed in 1997.
