Moizza Shahid began working as a Teacher at Academy in January 2021. In June 2021, they started working as an Account Manager, and in October 2021, they took on the role of Virtual Assistant at Fiverr.

Moizza Shahid completed their matriculation in the field of medical from City Public High School between 2017 and 2019. After that, they pursued their intermediate studies in medical at Punjab College from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are attending Government College University (GCU) in Lahore, where they are expected to graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General between 2022 and 2025.

In addition to their education, Moizza Shahid also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they acquired the certification for Amazon Virtual Assistant from Extreme Commerce. Similarly, in September 2021, they earned certifications as an Art Director and Graphic Designer from The Business Club. Moizza also gained an additional certification for Amazon Virtual Assistant from Enablers in September 2021.
