Abigail Phillips, PhD, has a diverse range of work experience. Abigail started their career in 2007, working in various roles across different companies. In 2014, they became a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Manchester, where they led seminars and workshops on organizational psychology and marked exams and coursework. Abigail also worked as a Research Assistant in 2016. In 2015, they joined E-METRIXX as a Business Psychologist, specializing in psychometrics.

Abigail obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organisational Psychology from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to their PhD, they earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Organisational Psychology from Alliance Manchester Business School in 2014.
