Sophie Buet CIPD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional HRBP at Academy Transformation Trust since January 2022, Sophie has previously held positions including Head of People at the Zoological Society of East Anglia and Head of HR at Inspiration Trust. Additional experience includes Interim HR Manager at ROAST and Executive Coaching specializing in women executives at Coaching in Middle East. Sophie's career began with a focus on HR management, holding roles such as HR Manager for Diesel in the UK and Ireland, and HR Project Manager for SoftSols Group ASPAC. Sophie holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management and a BA Hons in Personnel Management from the University of Greenwich.
