Dylan Frederick holds extensive experience in brand management and marketing across multiple roles and companies. Currently serving as the Director of Brand & Multicultural at Academy Sports + Outdoors, Dylan has previously held positions such as Senior Manager of Brand & Content and Category Marketing Manager within the same organization. Prior experience includes work at ViTRO as a Management Supervisor and Group Head, as well as various supervisory roles. Dylan began a career in brand management at The Richards Group, where initial contributions were made as a Brand Management Intern.
