Christina Livada serves as an Assistant Professor at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, where responsibilities include teaching courses in Commercial Law, Banking Law, Corporate Governance Law, and other related subjects since May 2017. Concurrently, Christina holds the position of Special Legal Advisor at Alpha Bank, focusing on Corporate Governance and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Christina is a Visiting Lecturer at the European Institute of Management and Finance and the Academy of European Law, delivering seminars on consumer protection and investor protection topics. Christina's earlier experiences include roles as a Special Legal Advisor at the Hellenic Bank Association and a Lecturer at the same university. Christina's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Diplôme d’Études Approfondies from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and a PhD from National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, along with a research scholarship at the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law.
