Karolina Chojnacka currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Access and Participation at the Academy of Contemporary Music since February 2022. Prior experience includes working as the Lead Project Coordinator at the University of Westminster from December 2021 to February 2022, and as a Placement/Teaching Administrator at UCL in 2018. Karolina has also held multiple roles at the University of East London from 2013 to 2018, including Professional Practice Placement Educator, Lecturer in Psychosocial Studies with Professional Practice, and Learning and Achievement Advisor. Earlier in career, Karolina worked as an Operations Clerk at Connaught Air Services Limited in 2007-2008. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a degree in Cultural Studies and Communication Studies with a focus on Art and Media from the University of East London.
