Grant Doster M.B.A. has extensive experience in leadership and consulting, currently serving as CEO/CDO/Principal of Doster Ventures, Training and Consulting LLC since 2005, focusing on diversity and inclusion strategies and motivational speaking. Doster is a member of the Board of Trustees for the American Foundation for the Blind and serves on the Board of Directors for Project HIRED. Additionally, Doster is involved with the Academy of Brain-based Leadership and has held senior positions at Lee Hecht Harrison, where responsibilities included global diversity initiatives and leadership development. Doster's background encompasses roles in operations, consulting, and higher education as an adjunct professor, alongside experiences in the beverage and entertainment industries. Doster holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
