Jackson Dodson is a Lead Flight Instructor at Academy of Aviation LLC since August 2022 and is also a Cadet in the Piedmont Airlines Cadet Program since June 2022. Prior to this, Jackson accumulated extensive experience in the motorsports industry, working as a mechanic for various racing teams including Hendrick Motorsports and Richard Childress Racing from as early as 2006. Notable roles include Front-End Road Mechanic for notable drivers like Jeff Gordon and Clint Bowyer. Jackson holds a Commercial ASEL, AMEL, IR Pilot, CFI/CFII/MEI certification from ATP Flight School and has an educational background in Motorsports from Catawba Valley Community College.
