Grigor Mirzoyan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology and education. As the Founder and President of the Information Literacy Development Center NGO since 2011, Grigor has dedicated efforts to enhancing information literacy. Grigor's role as a Computer Trainer/Technician at the Academy for Educational Development since 2009 complements a longstanding position as an IT Specialist and Lecturer at Université Française en Armenie, which also involves engineering and systems administration responsibilities. Previous leadership experience includes serving as General Manager at "Quantech" LLC and a tenure in network administration at Public TV of Armenia. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s degree in Software Development from the State Engineering University of Armenia and a Visiting Scholar program focused on ICT in Education at Florida State University in 2012.
