Vanessa Ponce Perez is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Academir Charter Schools Inc. since August 2021, specializing in 4th grade and previously in 2nd grade, and also acting as a Chair Teacher/Coordinator for Math, Science, and Social Studies. Prior to this role, Vanessa held various administrative positions at Kalos Music & Art School, including Administrative Analyst and Administrative Assistant, and worked as a Compliance Assistant and Administrative Assistant at San Ignacio University Miami. Additionally, Vanessa volunteered at a private school and worked as a lawyer at Venezolano de Crédito. Vanessa holds a Master in Education Leadership and an MBA in International Business from San Ignacio University, as well as a law degree from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
