Carissa Henke is an experienced product management professional currently serving as a Product Owner at Academic Programs International since March 2023. Previously, Carissa held multiple roles at Groupon, including Product Manager and Associate Product Manager, where efforts focused on pricing and promotions, enhancing customer and merchant experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Carissa also worked as a Taxonomy Specialist and Coordinator, managing taxonomy projects and facilitating communication between business and tech teams. Earlier experience includes advising high school seniors at College Advising Corps, teaching math as a Math Fellow, and various roles supporting student-athletes and community initiatives. Carissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Film, Television, and Theatre from the University of Notre Dame and studied at Pontificia Universidad de Chile.
