Mayara Costa has a diverse work experience. Mayara started their career in 2010 as a legal intern at Fleury Malheiros, Gasparini, de Cresci e Nogueira de Lima Advogados, where they worked until October 2010. Following that, they interned at Tribunal Regional Federal da 3ª Região from November 2010 to October 2011. In 2013, they served as a legal intern at Duane Morris and Selvam LLP from April to September. Finally, in September 2015, they became the Director of Marketing and Communications at Academia Antonia Alonso Charter School.

Mayara Costa attended Temple University in 2015, where they studied Event Leadership. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo in 2011. Mayara also holds a certification from the OAB - Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (Brazilian BAR Association), although the details of when and where they obtained this certification are not provided.
