Natasha Vouckelatou is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and people solutions, serving as Group Director of People Solutions at Acacium Group since May 2017, with previous roles as Senior People Partner, Head of Resourcing and Talent Planning, and Client Solutions Manager. Natasha's expertise includes analyzing workforce challenges, recruitment processes, and enhancing employer brand, diversity, and employee engagement. Prior to Acacium, Natasha held the position of Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Dentsu Aegis Network and managed the Internal Talent Acquisition Team at WilsonHCG. Natasha's earlier career features roles as Recruitment Business Partner at YouView TV Limited and EEF, as well as Senior Consultant at SThree. Natasha also has experience working as a Trainer at Royal Bank of Scotland. Natasha earned a degree in Classical Studies from King's College London.
