Shweta Prasad is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and talent development. Currently serving as Associate Director HR at Jabra Connect, Shweta previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Engagifii and Ascentis Group. Prior roles include Manager of Talent Development at Cyber Group Inc. and Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Bosch Ltd. Shweta holds an MBA in HR from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a BBA in HR from the same institution, earned from 2000 to 2003.
