Lauren Esterle currently serves as the Associate Program Director at Acacia Center for Justice, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held several positions at the Vera Institute of Justice from January 2019 to February 2023, including Program Manager and Senior Program Associate. Lauren's earlier experience includes various roles at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services from June 2016 to December 2018, such as Training Officer and Senior Asylum Officer. Lauren also practiced as a Staff Attorney at Immigrant Defenders Law Center and Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project between August 2015 and July 2015.
