Thomas Moiani, CPSM, C.P.M., currently serves as a Level 2 Kayak Instructor at the American Canoe Association since April 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas had a distinguished career at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority from November 2014 to March 2022 as a Senior Contract Administrator, managing significant contracts totaling over $460 million. Thomas’s experience also includes positions as Manager of Purchasing and Office Services at the University of the Sciences, Purchasing Agent at Chemalloy and Merit Oil Corporation, Senior Purchasing Agent at Progress Lighting, and Materials Manager at Heliotherm. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Procurement and Contract Management from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
