Kaylen Wilson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer service and outdoor instruction. As an ACA Level 2 River Kayaking Instructor since August 2018, Kaylen is certified to teach paddle techniques on flat water and Class I rivers. Prior to this, Kaylen served as Store Manager at Mountain High Outfitters, overseeing employee performance and hiring personnel aligned with company philosophy. Additional experience includes roles as Shift Leader at Nashville Paddle Co. and various positions at The Bailey Company, Inc. Kaylen has also worked as an Independent Contractor for Cumberland Kayak Urban Adventure Company and held multiple roles at World Relief, focusing on client coordination and administrative tasks. Kaylen holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Arts from Seminole State College of Florida.
