Irene Hoheusle is a seasoned compliance advisor with extensive experience in the credit and collections industry. Currently serving as a Compliance Advisor at ARM Compliance Business Solutions since August 2023, Irene has also held a long-term position as an ACA Certified Instructor with ACA International since March 2013, where Irene co-presents educational seminars as a Subject Matter Expert. Irene's previous experience includes 25 years as the VP of Collections and Education at Account Recovery Specialists, Inc., where Irene was responsible for compliance and staff training. Early career achievements include owning Creative Crafts by Irene, which transformed from a hobby to a successful business, and serving as a Unit Supervisor at Brooklyn Savings Bank during a period of significant technological change.
