Scott Dowding is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at AC Pro since October 2015, overseeing distribution and manufacturing across multiple states while engaging with local government for regulatory compliance. Dowding is also a Master Scuba Diver Trainer with the Professional Association of Diving Instructors, instructing various scuba courses and emergency response training since December 1998. Previous roles include serving as a Reserve Dive Team Member for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, General Manager positions at Unleashed by PETCO and Sport Chalet, and a supervisor role at Arcus Data Security, Inc. Dowding holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Applied Business and Technology from Arizona State University, with prior educational accomplishments in police science and several community colleges.
