Joan Ognita Flores currently serves as the Finance Manager for International at ACEN since June 2023, following a role as Plant Finance Manager at JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for various units and implementing forecasting and budgeting processes. Prior experience includes leading the Corporate Planning & Business Development function at Meralco Spectrum and heading the Finance and Treasury group at Insular Oil Corporation, focusing on cash flow management and strategic financial operations. Joan holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, both from the University of the Philippines, alongside a high school diploma from Quezon City Science High School.
