Steve Kane is an experienced construction professional currently serving as General Manager at Abyss Construction since February 2023 and as a Consultant at SCConsultancy since May 2017. Previously, Steve held the position of Construction Manager at Melchor Contracting from April 2019 to December 2022, where significant projects included overseeing the civil packages for the Kwinana Waste to Energy project valued at $30 million and the East Rockingham Waste to Energy project valued at $20 million. Additionally, Steve gained experience as a Superintendent at Fremantle Constructions Pty Ltd from May 2005 to April 2015 and as a Supervisor at Killarnee Formwork from February 2001 to October 2004. Steve's education was completed at Prendiville Catholic College from 1991 to 1995.
