With a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the United Arab Emirates University, Dr. Mohamed has worked in various roles such as Senior PC Systems Support Officer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Director General at Abu Dhabi TAMM. Dr. Mohamed further expanded their education by obtaining a Master's degree in IT Management and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Wollongong. Dr. Al Askar has played crucial roles in eGovernment service modernization, standards management, and procurement offices throughout their career.
