Georgina Sorial has extensive experience in the field of customer experience and insights. Georgina has worked as the Head of Customer Experience and Insights at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt since 2015, where they have been responsible for measuring customer satisfaction, optimizing customer experiences, ensuring service excellence, and fostering customer loyalty.
Prior to this role, Sorial worked at TNS North Africa as the Group Account Director/SBU Head from 2013 to 2015. Georgina was also employed at TNS Egypt and North Africa, where they held various positions including Account Director/SBU Head from 2010 to 2012, Senior Account Manager from 2009 to 2010, and Account Manager from 2007 to 2008. In these roles, they were involved in business development, team management, project management, and delivering valuable insights to clients.
Georgina began their career as a Senior Account Executive at TNS Egypt and North African in 2004 and also worked as a Research Executive at Synovate in the same year. Prior to entering the market research industry, Sorial worked as an Economic Researcher at AmCham Egypt from 1998 to 2003.
Georgina Sorial has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The American University in Cairo, which they completed from 1993 to 1998. Georgina also acquired a Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communication from The American University in Cairo, which they obtained in 1998 to 1999.
