Mahmoud Amer is an experienced sales manager with a strong background in banking and client relationship management. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since February 2014, Mahmoud oversees a sales team, achieves annual targets, and enhances client satisfaction through effective issue resolution. Previously, Mahmoud held the position of Senior Relationship Advisor at Amlak Finance PJSC, where goals for sales performance and customer service were consistently exceeded. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Relationship Officer at Mashreq Bank, focusing on clients' financial situations and account performance. Mahmoud holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from Mansoura University.
