Eslam Abdel Kader is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Operations and Services Officer at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank since February 2023, Eslam implements dual control protocols for branch vault security and oversees cash disbursement. Previously, Eslam held the position of Head of Cash Operations at the National Bank of Greece, managing cash workflows and ensuring compliance with regulations. Earlier roles include Cash Operations & Customer Service Supervisor at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Head of Customer Service at Bank Audi - Egypt, and various teller positions. Eslam holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a BBA from Modern Academy Maadi.
