Saiqa Panjsheri, MBA, MPP, is a seasoned professional in global health programs with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Abt Associates since January 2014, Saiqa manages a $20 million budget and oversees emergency response efforts for COVID-19 across four Central Asian countries, leading the $17 million USAID Local Health System Sustainability Project. Prior experience includes roles at CARE, where Saiqa designed congressional study trips and managed reproductive and maternal health programs, and at The World Bank and UNICEF as a consultant focusing on education and early childhood development initiatives.
