Kelly Wagner has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kelly is currently working at Abt Associates as the Senior Director for Advancing Equity in Technical Delivery, a role they started in May 2023. Before this, they held the position of Principal Associate at Abt Associates from May 2022 to May 2023.

Prior to joining Abt Associates, Kelly was a Trustee on the Board of Trustees at Holy Trinity: An Episcopal School, a position they have held since April 2021.

Kelly has a long history with The MayaTech Corporation, where they worked from October 2002 to May 2022. During their time there, they served as the Senior VP and Manager of the Center for Technical Assistance, Training, and Research Support.

Before joining The MayaTech Corporation, Kelly worked as a Research Associate at Birch and Davis Associates, Inc. from February 2000 to October 2002.

Kelly Wagner attended Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School for an unknown period of time, where they did not receive a degree or declare a field of study. Kelly then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology and Neurobiology at the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1998. Afterwards, they obtained a Certificate in Public Health, Epidemiology from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences between 1999 and 2001. In 2014, Kelly attended Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth where they participated in a program focused on Building a High Performing Business, but did not receive a specific degree.
