Caroline Stevenson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and operational leadership. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Abstract Ventures since November 2023, Caroline has previously held key roles at Gem, including Chief of Staff, Head of People, and Head of Talent Acquisition from November 2018 to September 2023. Prior to that, Caroline worked at Dropbox from September 2012 to October 2018 as an Executive Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, and University Recruiter. Earlier experience includes a position as a Staffing Services Associate at Google from March 2012 to September 2012. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania.
