Victória Molgado is a seasoned product designer with experience in diverse roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Abstra since January 2023, Victória previously worked at Bravado as a Product Designer, focusing on enhancing candidate experiences for sales professionals. Prior to Bravado, Victória contributed to VTEX as a Product Designer, addressing developer experience challenges. In earlier roles, Victória held positions at Descomplica, initially as a Senior Product Designer and before that, as a Product Designer for the Schools business unit. Victória’s career started at PaperX as a UI/UX Designer during an internship, followed by a UX/UI Designer role at trinks.com. Educationally, Victória holds a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
