Marília Diniz is a seasoned professional in startup acceleration and business mentorship, currently serving as the Startup Acceleration Leader at Troposlab since July 2022, where Marília manages a comprehensive startup acceleration project, leading strategic initiatives and maintaining client relationships. Marília also acts as a Business Mentor for the Associação Brasileira de Startups and a Validation and Business Model Mentor for Inovenow, offering guidance across various stages of startup development. Previously, Marília was the Community Manager and Startup Acceleration Head at BS Innovation HUB and spent nearly a decade at SEBRAE / CE as a Project Manager focusing on innovative business solutions for startups. Marília holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Small Business Management, Product Ownership, and Strategic Marketing Management, and is pursuing studies in Theater.
