Cody Schwing has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Cody started their career in 2008 as a Nurse at The Neuromedical Center. Cody then transitioned to working as an Offshore Hand at Helmerich & Payne from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Global Safety Training Services as the Director of Development and Sales, where they stayed until 2013. From 2011 to 2013, Cody worked at Global Telemedicine, LLC as a Director. In 2013, they joined SafeZone Safety Systems as a Business Development professional, leaving the company in 2014. Cody then went on to establish Absolute Safety in 2014 and has held various executive roles, including Owner/Partner and VP of Business Development. At Absolute Safety, their responsibilities include marketing, developing business relationships, and providing specialized safety training.

Cody Schwing attended Our Lady of the Lake College from 2007 to 2010. They also attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 2006 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to university, Cody Schwing attended Catholic High School.
