Rodney Dais is an experienced automotive management consultant and leadership coach with a diverse background in dealership operations. Currently serving as an Executive Automotive Management Consultant at Dealer Network Alliance since July 2023, Rodney analyzes daily operations to provide strategic feedback to Auto Group Executives for enhancing efficiency. Additionally, as a Leadership Coach and Sales Trainer for Absolute Results since November 2023, Rodney trains teams across North America, Europe, and the UK. Previous roles include General Manager and Sales Director at MileOne Autogroup, Sales Manager at Newark ToyotaWorld, and General Sales Manager at Union Park Auto Group, among others. Rodney's educational credentials include specialized training in General Dealership Management and Financial Management through NADA, as well as foundational studies at Automotive Training Center and Delaware County Community College.
