Richard Schwarz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Edgewater Capital Partners since 2004, Richard also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at ABS Materials since April 2010. Previous positions include Director roles at Master Chemical Corporation from 2009 to 2011 and Associated Estates Realty Corp from 1994 to 2011, as well as President and CEO of Laurel Industries from 1983 to 1997. Richard Schwarz earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
