Dalton Soffer's work experience begins with their current role as Vice President of Sales at Black Turtle Coffee, where they lead the sales department, manages a sales team, and stays updated on industry trends. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Development at Absecon Capital, Inc., where they provided strategic guidance, pursued new business opportunities, and built relationships with stakeholders. Before that, they worked as a Sales Executive II at Zego and as a Sales Manager at Waze Capital. Earlier in their career, they were an Inside Sales Representative at Consumers Alliance Processing Corporation. Furthermore, they have experience as a student athlete, playing basketball at CSUSM College of Business and Seton Hall University.

Dalton Soffer attended Seton Hall University from 2015 to 2017, where they focused on undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Management. Dalton then transferred to California State University San Marcos and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2017 to 2019.
