Thapelo Malia has over a decade of experience in workforce management and client service, currently serving as a Workforce Management Planner at Absa Group since March 2011, and previously holding the position of Team Leader Acquiring Helpdesk. Earlier roles at Absa from March 2004 to May 2007 included Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Client Service Consultant. Thapelo completed a National Certificate in Financial Markets and Instruments from BANKSETA in 2023, alongside various other business and management qualifications from institutions such as the University of South Africa, Milpark Business School, Damelin, and Technikon Pretoria, indicating a strong foundation in finance and management.
