Collins later transitioned to the role of Applications and System Analyst, responsible for technical support in product development and problem management. In 2017, Collins became a Product Development Manager at NCBA Group, focusing on the development and enhancement of new products and value propositions. In 2018, they joined Absa Group as a Senior Manager and eventually progressed to the position of Product & Innovation Lead in 2022.
