Mary Githinji is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in branding, promotional strategies, and market research. Currently serving as the Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Absa Bank Kenya since June 2022, Mary has previously held various roles at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd, including Brand and Corporate Affairs Senior Officer, where notable achievements included successfully branding new branches and products and developing comprehensive marketing plans. Early career experiences include a key internship at the U.S Embassy, where Mary conducted market research and established valuable relationships between local and foreign companies. Academically, Mary holds several degrees, including a Global Executive MBA and a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketers, and is currently enhancing leadership skills at the International Institute of Management Development in Switzerland.
