Serine Gann has over 30 years of experience in accounting and financial management. Serine is currently working as a Controller at ABS Tag & Title since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Controller at 2911 Property Management LLC starting in November 2012. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all accounting functions for multiple apartment communities, management companies, and a condominium association. Serine's experience also includes serving as a Controller at New Life Multi-Family from July 2002 to February 2012, where they managed accounting for a large portfolio of apartment units and provided support to property management staff. Serine worked as an Accounting Manager at Simbol Commercial, Inc from January 1997 to July 2002, where they supervised accounting for commercial properties and management companies. Serine's career began at Mady Development, Inc in January 1992 as a Senior Development Accountant, responsible for financial statement preparation and designing cost reports for commercial properties. Prior to that, they worked as an Accounting Supervisor & Staff Accountant at Bradford Management Co from January 1982 to January 1992, where they prepared financial statements and customized cost reports. Overall, Serine has a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and tax preparation gained through their various roles in the real estate industry.

Serine Gann has pursued their education at the University of North Texas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Additionally, they pursued further studies at the same institution and obtained a Master's degree in Accounting as well.
