Mary Stokes Gruca is an experienced training and education manager with a strong background in team development and program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Education at Abrigo since June 2015, Mary focuses on maximizing product and service utilization to enhance customer satisfaction. Mary previously held the position of Regional Training Manager, Vice President at BBVA Compass from August 2009 to May 2015, where oversight included the training of 2000 employees across 202 banking centers. At Guaranty Bank, from February 2002 to January 2010, Mary managed training delivery to 1500 employees and significantly improved customer service survey results. Earlier experience includes a leadership role at First USA, where Mary enhanced service quality in a 24/7 call center environment.
