Stephanie Dutton has extensive experience in community investment and support roles, currently serving as the Community Investment Area Manager at Abri Group since September 2017. Prior to this, Stephanie held the position of Community Investment Team Leader at Radian Group Ltd from September 2016 to August 2023. Stephanie's career began at Aster, where responsibilities included managing a high caseload related to anti-social behaviour from August 2014 to September 2016, and provided some court-based experience. Earlier in the career, Stephanie worked as a Police Community Support Officer at Wiltshire Constabulary from October 2009 to September 2014.
