Christie Madsen has over 13 years of professional experience in the education and technology industries. In 2008, they began their career as a Teach for America Corps Member- 5th Grade Teacher at Duval County Public Schools. From 2010 to 2012, they were a 7th Grade Teacher at Ceiba College Prep. From 2012 to 2016, they held various roles at MasteryConnect, including Business Development Manager, Manager of Client Success Team, and Director of Client Success. In 2016, they were the Head of Business Development for Education at Lucid Software Inc. From 2017 to 2022, they held various roles at DreamBox Learning, including Sr. Director of Client Experience, Director of Business Operations, and Vice President of Customer Success. In 2022, they joined Abre as the SVP of Client Experience and Chief as a Member.
Christie Madsen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2008. In 2019, they attended the altMBA program. In April 2022, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, followed by a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification in November 2022.
