Carol Elizabeth Conway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and regulatory affairs. Serving as President of ABRANET since March 2009 and as the founding member of the Conselho dos Conselhos since May 2023, Conway focuses on promoting best practices in governance through mentoring initiatives. Additionally, Conway leads advocacy efforts for the Programa Diversidade em Conselho and holds positions on various committees, including ESG at PagBank PagSeguro and scientific at Neasf-FGV Direito Rio. As a co-founder of WOB-Women on Board, Conway supports diversity in corporate governance. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Economic Law from USP and various programs in corporate governance and regulatory markets.
