Najlaa Al Mahrouqi currently serves as the Group ERM and Compliance Director at ASYAD Group since October 2023. With extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance, Najlaa has held senior roles in Abraj Energy Services S.A.O.C and Gulf Investment Services, focusing on developing internal audit strategies, evaluating internal controls, and preparing detailed audit reports. Previous positions include ERM at Oman Shipping Company and Internal Auditor at PwC Oman, where Najlaa developed risk-based audit plans and internal policies for various clients. Early career experiences include roles in compliance and assurance at Rasmala Investments and Ernst & Young, respectively, demonstrating a strong foundation in compliance, audit methodologies, and financial reporting standards. Najlaa Al Mahrouqi holds a degree from Sultan Qaboos University.
