Ian O'Hanlon B.S.C is an I.T Manager at ABP UK since November 2012, leading a team of IT technicians to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, overseeing site networks and a bespoke manufacturing and costings system. Previous experience includes roles as an I.T Support Engineer at ABP UK, where Ian managed and monitored LAN/WAN network services, and as a Sales Assistant at Dunnes Stores and Argos, focusing on merchandise, customer service, and stock control. Ian gained initial technical experience as an IT Technician during a placement at Southern Regional College, performing tasks such as PC and server maintenance and network installation. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing Science from Ulster University and has completed foundational studies in Computing and Network Systems, as well as a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Southern Regional College.
