Shailendra Shetty (शैलेंद्र शेट्टी) has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Shailendra is currently serving as the National Sales Director - Digital at ABP Network since August 2021. Prior to this, from June 2020 to August 2021, they were the Co-Founder of The Sway. In 2019, Shetty worked with Seeders Media & Jambo Star as a Partner, where they focused on helping businesses adapt to the digital landscape and created an online platform for storytelling.

From 2014 to 2019, Shailendra Shetty held various leadership roles at Zirca Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, such as Sr. Vice President and Vice President. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in acquiring and transitioning the Bing business worth 6 mn USD from Yahoo to Zirca. Shailendra also successfully signed partnerships with prominent publishers like Economist, FastCompany, and Microsoft.

Before Zirca, Shailendra Shetty worked at AIDEM Ventures Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President and Assistant Vice President from 2010 to 2014. At AIDEM, they co-founded the digital solutions company "Zirca" and managed the partner relationship with Microsoft for its digital business.

Shailendra began their career in 1994 as an Application Developer at Zilog Systems, where they started as a trainee and grew to a Junior Programmer, creating various applications in accounting, sales, and operations.

Shailendra Shetty has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of Mumbai, completed between 1989 and 1994. Shailendra also holds a diploma in Computer Programming from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in 1993. Shailendra has completed certificate courses in Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats and Visual Basic from Edward De Bono's Six Thinking Hats and Microsoft, respectively. Additionally, they have earned certificate courses in Visual Basic and Sun Java1.2 from Syspro. In 2016, Shailendra completed the INSEAD Leadership Programme for Senior Executives, focusing on Leadership, Business Administration, and Management at INSEAD.
