Afonso Nogueira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project leadership within the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Agile Business Process Innovation since January 2020 and Head of Operations at Agile Business Process since May 2018, Afonso has a robust background in managing document management solutions. Past roles include Project Leader at NOVO BANCO, where Afonso focused on functional architecture in document management areas from 2007 to 2016, and Project Leader at E.S. Innovation, emphasizing workflow and document management from 2006 to 2007. Earlier roles at E.S. Informática involved team leadership in interbank payment systems and national payments. Afonso began a career at Banco Espírito Santo as an IT Specialist from 1988 to 1998, and education includes studies in Mechanical Engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto.
