Thomas M. Hall currently serves as Head of Technology at Above, overseeing the delivery of digital products and leading the innovation strategy since May 2018. Thomas has held various roles at Above, including Technology Manager, Data and Analytics Manager, Senior Technical Analyst and Drone Pilot, and Data Analyst, contributing to areas such as web development, data analytics, and R&D. Prior experience includes a PhD in Neuroscience from Newcastle University, complemented by roles as a Research Assistant and Science Policy Intern, alongside clinical fellowships at Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bristol Royal Infirmary. Thomas' academic background includes degrees from the University of Oxford and University College London, with additional qualifications in clinical research.
