Daren Tan is an accomplished finance and business development professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Head of Business Development at About:Energy since September 2022, Daren also founded Of Forests & Waves in January 2020. Daren's prior roles include positions as a Private Consultant at Mimo Motors Pte Ltd and Senior Operations Manager at QIQ, where significant contributions were made to the electric vehicle industry. Earlier experience as Head of Sales and Partnerships at Epic Enterprises Pte Ltd and Project Director at Wong Sam Ngian Engineering Pte Ltd provided a solid foundation in project management and business strategy. Daren holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore, a Business Analyst Nanodegree from Udacity, and an MBA from Imperial College Business School, where notable achievements included the Imperial College Business School Prize and inclusion on the Dean’s List.
