Shu Lin is a seasoned professional in the beauty and operations sectors, currently serving as a Non-Executive Director at about-face beauty since March 2021. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Rare Beauty from April 2016 to February 2021, and Operations Manager at Benefit Cosmetics from June 2014 to March 2016. Shu Lin began at Benefit Cosmetics in March 2011 as an Operations Department Specialist.
